Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how TrueQuinn collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Quinn Curate and related TrueQuinn services.

The platform is built around personal styling, so some information you provide may feel personal: photos, clothing items, preferences, body or fit notes, occasion context, destination interests, and saved looks. We use this information to provide and improve styling experiences, not to make sensitive eligibility decisions.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile role, legal agreement status, and account timestamps.

We collect styling information such as survey answers, wardrobe uploads, saved or discarded outfits, inspiration interactions, style tags, color palettes, fit preferences, budget preferences, venue or destination context, and feedback.

We collect technical information such as device and browser details, IP address, log data, cookie identifiers, consent choices, approximate location derived from requests, and security or fraud signals.

Photos, Wardrobe Images, and User Content

If you upload clothing photos or other images, we process those files and related metadata to identify garment type, color, texture, style tags, possible product matches, and outfit compatibility.

Do not upload images you do not have permission to use. Avoid uploading documents, IDs, financial information, or private information about other people.

How We Use Information

We use information to create accounts, secure sessions, generate recommendations, save wardrobes and preferences, personalize Taste Graph style memory, provide customer support, detect abuse, improve product quality, measure performance, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use de-identified, aggregated, or otherwise privacy-preserving information to improve styling logic, product matching, venue intelligence, and operational analytics.

Personalization

Some features use automated recommendation providers or internal scoring systems to analyze text, images, venue context, and product data. Styling outputs may be generated from your inputs and available platform data.

We design personalization to be explainable and useful. We do not intend to expose raw internal preference scores to other users or use styling preferences for unrelated sensitive profiling.

Legal Agreement Logging

When you accept Terms, Privacy, or Cookie policies, we may log the policy versions accepted, timestamp, account identifier, IP address, user agent, and acceptance source. This helps maintain an auditable consent history when policies change.

Third Parties and Service Providers

We may share information with providers that help operate the platform, such as Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, Railway for backend hosting, Stripe for payments, recommendation technology providers, Google Places or similar location providers, analytics tools, email providers, affiliate networks, and public social embed providers.

We require providers to process information for platform purposes, but their services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, security, preferences, cookie consent, and core platform functionality. With consent, we may later use analytics, personalization, affiliate attribution, or advertising cookies.

See the Cookie Policy for more detail about categories and choices.

Retention and Security

We keep information as long as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and improve services. Some records, such as legal acceptance logs or transaction records, may be retained longer where necessary.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure. Please use a strong password and protect your account credentials.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information. You may also opt out of some cookies, marketing, or analytics where offered.

To make a privacy request, contact truequinnofficial@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

Children, International Use, and Updates

The platform is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us.

If you use the platform outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as features, providers, laws, or business needs change. Material updates may require renewed acceptance.
