Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TrueQuinn, including the Quinn Curate website, styling surveys, inspiration feeds, wardrobe tools, account features, admin tools, personalized styling recommendations, and future mobile applications.

By creating an account, logging in, uploading content, saving preferences, requesting recommendations, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the platform for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Styling Service

Quinn Curate provides editorial fashion discovery, wardrobe organization, destination-aware styling, venue-informed outfit recommendations, and personalized curation. Styling suggestions are informational only and are not professional, financial, medical, legal, safety, or event-access advice.

Recommendations may consider your survey answers, saved looks, wardrobe uploads, shopping preferences, location or venue context, product metadata, public inspiration entries, and third-party data sources. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.

Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when needed.

The platform is intended for users who are at least 13 years old, and for users who can legally agree to these Terms in their jurisdiction. If a higher age is required where you live, that higher age applies.

User Content and Wardrobe Uploads

You may upload photos, wardrobe images, style notes, preferences, and other content. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant TrueQuinn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, display, transform, and use that content to operate, secure, improve, and personalize the platform.

Do not upload content you do not have rights to use, private information about others without permission, explicit or illegal content, malware, or content that violates another person rights.

Recommendation Limits

Styling recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, or based on limited data. You are responsible for reviewing fit, price, quality, sizing, dress codes, weather, venue requirements, and purchase decisions before relying on a recommendation.

We may use automated systems, rule-based scoring, and human-curated content. We do not guarantee that any product will be available, authentic, correctly priced, suitable for an occasion, or accepted by a venue or event.

Intellectual Property

TrueQuinn owns or licenses the platform, including code, designs, layouts, user experience patterns, styling workflows, recommendation orchestration, scoring logic, recommendation systems, branding, logos, trade dress, curated collections, written copy, and other proprietary materials.

Except for your own user content, you may not copy, scrape, reproduce, sell, license, redistribute, reverse engineer, create derivative products from, or use platform materials to train competing systems without prior written permission.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the platform or interfere with its operation.

• No scraping, crawling, data harvesting, automated account creation, bot traffic, credential stuffing, spam, or rate-limit avoidance.
• No reverse engineering, prompt extraction, model probing, resale of outputs as a competing styling product, or unauthorized benchmarking.
• No attempts to access another user account, closet, uploads, saved outfits, admin dashboard, API keys, provider credentials, or non-public data.
• No uploading malware, executable payloads, illegal content, infringing content, or content that exposes private information without consent.

Purchases, Subscriptions, Credits, and Affiliates

The platform may offer paid subscriptions, style credits, premium curation, affiliate product links, sponsored content, or other paid features. Specific pricing, renewal, refund, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout when those features are available.

Some product links may be affiliate links. TrueQuinn may earn a commission if you click or purchase through those links. Affiliate relationships do not guarantee availability, fit, quality, shipping, returns, or retailer performance.

Third-Party Services

The platform may use third-party providers including Supabase, Vercel, Railway, Stripe, Google Places, analytics providers, affiliate networks, recommendation technology providers, email providers, and public social embedding services. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, content, pricing, availability, shipping, returns, venue information, social media posts, or embedded media.

DMCA and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, contact truequinnofficial@gmail.com with your name, contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the URL or description of the allegedly infringing material, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove content, restrict accounts, or request more information when we receive intellectual property complaints.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueQuinn disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueQuinn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, purchases, styling outcomes, event issues, or third-party acts.

Governing Law, Updates, and Contact

We may update these Terms as the platform changes. Material updates may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
